Dedication is the fuel for real acceleration.
Cure One was established from a powerful ambition: to end type 1 diabetes once and for all. Based at the LUMC and made possible by Stichting DON, Cure One is no ordinary research center. It is a unique environment where science, technology, and dedication come together. Here, a multidisciplinary team of leading international scientists and physicians works toward one clear goal: accelerating the cure for type 1 diabetes.
We combine scientific excellence and clinical innovation with entrepreneurial drive. By organizing research and innovation in a smart and efficient way, we can move more quickly toward a cure. Less waiting, more impact. Because for millions of people living with type 1 diabetes, every day without a cure is one too many.
